Garlic Confit: Peel 7 Large Bulbs worth of Garlic (Music is great because it's big cloves) For easy peeling, soak in hot water first. Once peeled, Bake in a 350 degree oven in a baking pan with a liberal amount (1/4 Cup) of Olive Oil, for 30 - 40 minutes until soft & fragrant!
