Well, I am just about jelled out... after a marathon couple of days in the kitchen getting cozy with my gorgeous new Food Processor and bags of garlic scapes I have emerged victorious!

Spring is here....

joanne venart

Well Spring really is here to stay, the Turbans were the first of our Garlic to come up through the straw, then the rest followed quickly. Looks like very good emergence with little or no winter damage, despite the fact that snow arrived early in December (which is unusual for us here) & stayed on until the end of April. The Plants are a nice deep green and look great!  We will post some pictures very soon to show you the different varieties. Please check out our Facebook Page for news as well: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gagetown-Garlic/

I am thinking doing a series on some of the great people & sites we have found over the years on our Garlic travels, complete with recipes. Do you think that is a good idea? Let us know, we'd love to hear from you.
